Bill Kunde

Bill began his career as a general contractor in the mid-80’s specializing in custom home and commercial construction.  During this time period he also opened a successful cabinet and Corian fabrication shop, and still enjoys this as a hobby today.  Bill is a CA-OSHA Certified Asbestos Consultant and Department of Public Health Lead Inspector, Risk Assessor and Project Monitor.

In 1996, he began his public service career in Sutter County as the Deputy Public Works Director overseeing Facilities Management.  He has also held positions as Manager of Facilities Services for Yolo County and Butte County and as the Facilities Manager for the City of Yuba City.

Bill has been a member of the California Counties Facilities Services Association since 1996. In 1998 he was elected the CCFSA Secretary and in the spring of 2007 became the association’s President.  He currently serves the association as Executive Officer.
