This association was established to meet the individual and corporate needs of professionals in the field of facility services management by providing the highest caliber of information available to its members.

The California Counties Facilities Services Association was formed in 1986 to improve communications through the statewide network.

PURPOSE

  • Stimulate effective relationships and helpful cooperation between Facilities Services Agencies in the State of California.

  • Act as a forum for the sharing of knowledge and information among members of the association.

  • May act on legislative measures, rules and regulations, that are collective and of common benefit to the Association and respective counties.

  • Promote the professional development and recognition of the membership of the Association.

CONFERENCES

The association meets three times a year in person for Conferences. These conferences are usually scheduled in January, July, October and the association meets jointly with the CGSA Annual meeting in April. Conferences are held in hosting counties like San Diego, Placer, Sacramento, Fresno, Santa Barbara and Ventura.

What is the CCFSA?

The California County Facility Services Association (CCFSA) focuses on connecting Facility Managers, Building Maintenance Superintendents, and Facility Supervisors across California. We are dedicated to fostering effective relationships and cooperation within the facilities services sector at a more localized, facility level compared to similar organizations like the CGSA.

How often does the CCFSA hold conferences?

We organize three conferences each year, typically in January, July, and October. Additionally, we collaborate with the CGSA for a joint conference in April, during which we present the CCFSA Award of Excellence.

Where are the conferences held?

Our conferences rotate among various counties throughout California, including San Diego, Sacramento, Placer, Fresno, Ventura, and Santa Barbara, to allow broader access and participation.

What are the benefits of joining the CCFSA?

How much are the annual dues, and what do they cover?

The annual dues are $300, which covers your organization as a whole. Members within your organization will have access to CCFSA member forums as long as your membership is active.

Is there a fee to attend the conferences?

Yes, there is a fee of $150 per attendee for each conference to help cover event costs.

Can anyone apply for the CCFSA Award of Excellence?
